  1. PAYMENT

    1. First payment is taken on signup via Stripe
    2. Payment is taken in advance of the calendar month or quarter ahead
    3. Payment will subsequently be automatically taken monthly or quarterly from the date of signup (payment date) unless the membership is cancelled
    4. We cannot start our engagement (including any kickoff of work) until payment is made and your subscription is activated
    5. If there are any issues taking payment we will immediately suspend services until rectified
  2. REQUESTS & REVISIONS

    1. You may make as many requests (tasks) as you like, we will only ever work on one active request at a time
    2. You must add a task to the active column for us to start working on it, we won’t pick up tasks in the backlog
    3. If you have a change of priority, you can swap out the active task, just note we will not continue work on the additional task
    4. We will make as many revisions as necessary to complete a task
    5. We don’t consider a task complete until you are satisfied and you move the task to the completed column
  3. DELIVERY

    1. We will deliver assets once you are happy the task is complete, you will get fully editable files
    2. If we are working within your company design software, you will already have access to these files
  4. CANCELLATION

    1. If you wish to cancel your membership you can do so at any time by going to https://efomi.com, logging in and managing your membership
    2. If you fail to cancel your membership, or inform us of your desire to cancel your membership in writing within at least 2 business days prior to auto-renewal (payment date) and subsequently request to cancel your membership you will incur any transaction fees from our payments provider
    3. If you request cancellation of membership after more than 2 business days after auto-renewal (payment date) we are under no obligation to do so and this will be looked at on a case by case basis
    4. If membership is cancelled part-way through a month or quarter there will not be any pro-rated refund
